Hey Mike, i am a huge caps fan and it soo awesome to read blogs that you actually posted!!! I also post comments on Nicklas Backstrom’s website!! I think you are an awesome player!!! keep up the awsesome work!! i am going to a game on April 1st, hopefully i can get a puck this time… unlike last the two times, i tried getting a puck twice and the same kid stole both of the pucks from me!! D: Oh well i will try next time!!!! haha!!!!

Mike, belated Happy Birthday! I’m glad to see that you and your teammates are supporting DC’s other sports teams. But please…do yourselves a favor and stop hanging out with the Redskins on Sundays. The Caps haven’t won since you guys went to the Skins game on the 4th!

Love the fact that you and the boys go to the Redskins games when you’re not playing on Sunday. Keep going because they are undefeated at home this season when you all go to the game – don’t want to mess with a streak. Love seeing my two favorite teams’ players supporting each other. The video of you guys kicking field goals at FedEx Field was hysterical – not too bad Greenie. Can’t wait to see the video of you interviewing the Skins players after the game. Did you know Cooley is listed as the backup punter on the team? By the way the capacity of FedEx Field is listed at 91, 704. It would be pretty sick to play hockey in front of that many people – maybe the Winter Classic could come to DC at FedEx Field with the Caps playing of course – now that would be sick!!
Lastly, HAPPY BELATED BIRTHDAY MIKE!! Glad to see you score your first goal of many on your birthday.

Happy belated birthday! I saw the interview video on Chris Cooley’s website and it is awesome/hilarious. Also, I would be eternally grateful if you could arrange NOT to play any Sundays until after football season because I’d have to go by a split screen TV JUST so that I could watch the Caps and the Skins at the same time. I have to be able to support ALL of my teams.
